Thank you so very very much for all the help you gave me with my car. I can't even begin to thank you enough!!!! You stepped up to the plate and just got it done. Of course I didn't have a clue what was needed. Your expertise and thoughtfulness and attention to detail were incredible. Going out of the way to pick it up and deliver and then to install was yet another unbelieveable extra!!!

I would also like you to pass along my thanks to Jay Jr. and Judd for everything that they did to get my tire to me in such a quick delivery time. You are all the BEST and again my sincere thanks to all of you for everything that you did. You are truly friends that I would never want to be without and I am so lucky to have you both as my friends. You and your family are awesome people.

World-Class Service!

I have never been so impressed with an auto repair shop. The guys at TireProz greet me at the door, know me by name, always get my car in ASAP (even when they appear to be completely jammed!) and get me on my way or provide me with a courtesy car. If I ever have a problem with my car, they take the time to show me exactly what it is instead of just giving me a description that I can't understand. I'll be a customer for life.

YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING

My sincere thanks to you all for going above and beyond my expectations in a time of need. When we arrived at the DMV for my daughter's BTW driver's test we realized we had a burned out brake light. Knowing that they would not let her take the test without all lights functioning, we were in a desperate situation and had 15 minutes to resolve it.
I drove to a dealership nearby and said a prayer that someone there could help me. The gentleman directed me to your shop and called you guys to let you know our situation. He said someone would be waiting there to take care of us. Wow! He wasn't kidding. Judd met us as we pulled in, directed me to get out of my car, asked the staff to drop what they were doing to help this lady out, and pulled my car into the stall. I had my own personal pit crew. I was impressed to say the least! Judd took me up to the front of the store to take care of the paperwork and by the time that was done my car was pulled around front for me to be on my way!

Wouldn't buy wheels anywhere else!

With the help of TireProz, I just got my perfect set of tires and wheels for my car. Through my intensive search, the guys at TireProz were always helpful, providing their professional insight and advice. I was a little concerned about having my brand new wheels mounted, but they assured me with their experience and now my wheels are on my car, riding awesome and looking SWEET. Thanks guys!

Thank you guys for making my car better than new. I am really impressed with your team's professionalism. I knew my car had problems and having your team work on it with your evident knowledge and skill level was worth every penny. Best shop around!

I have brought my car to TireProz again and again. I have never been treated as well as I have been by the Andrews'. As a female who knows little about cars and has indeed been thrown for a loop at several other dealerships and service stations around the area I can know that when I leave TireProz that my car will be in great shape and the friendly staff always takes the time to inform me of what services were performed on my car that day and never over charge me for fixing things that never needed to be fixed in the first place just to make a quick buck!

They are the best!

Accomodating, thorough, and quick!

I brought my car in to TireProz to schedule an apointment for an oil change. It was 6:30 and I assumed that since they closed at 7:00, I would need to bring it back another time. I was pleasantly surprised when they took it in right away, got it done promptly, while still being thorough enough to check the preventative maintenance schedule for my vehicle and perform a full inspection. Very pleased.

Straight-forward, Honest, and helpful

Great honest service. They do what my car actually needs done and aren't puishy trying to sell me unnecessary services. They really spend time with their customers to thoroughly explain what's wrong in a manner that I can understand. It's hard to find mechanics you can rely on. I can confidently say that after trying many shops in the area, these guys are the best.

Provide a personal touch along with professional service!!

TireProz are experts and they provide awesome service!! I have a corvette that is very special to me and will only go to a place I really trust to treat it with the same respect that I would. TireProz is that place! This family owned and run business provides friendly, courteous, and excellent and professional service for their customers. I always feel that they really care about me and my vehicle. They spend the time to talk with you and understand what you want done. They go the extra mile to ensure you are a satisfied customer. They remember you (and your name) the next time you come in ... they really care about the customer as well as doing the job right. You gotta know these guys!

I've been doing business with TireProz for two years now and have been so impressed with their service on my family's 4 vehicles. I can always trust Judd, Jay Jr. and Ryan to take care of whatever my car needs and get me the best deal without having to shop around. Their mechanics always get the job done right the first time and they even give me a ride home or give me a free loaner vehicle! It's such a unique experience to know that I can have this much trust with an automotive business!
